John Bailey promoted Locricchio; Northlich promotes Korosec and others.

TROY, MI—John Bailey & Associates Public Relations has named Sam Locricchio vice president.  In his new position, Locricchio will lead several of the agency’s automotive accounts and will serve as a member of the firm’s management team. Locricchio joins John Bailey from Chrysler, where he was most recently communications manager, corporate quality and design, responsible for external and internal communications related to corporate and product quality initiatives as well as elements of product and concept design.  Locricchio also served as director, public relations and crisis communications for ArvinMeritor and was vice president at Eisbrenner Public Relations.

CINCINNATI—Northlich, has promoted Libby Korosec to vice president/management supervisor. Korosec leads Northlich’s public affairs and issues management practices and joined the firm after heading Cincinnati Bell’s corporate communications group. Northlich has also promoted Mindy Smyth to management supervisor; Josh Hammond to new media supervisor; Heather Goss to account supervisor; and Emily Rechter to account manager.
