NEW YORK—FreshDirect, one of the nation's leading online gourmet food purveyors and delivery services, has selected Peppercom to spearhead its public relations efforts. The agency was chosen to strengthen the Long Island City-based company's strategic communications efforts and engage with key stakeholders, from New York-based media to digital influencers.
Peppercom will focus on establishing FreshDirect as the leader in its space, reaching out to both the media and consumers and driving more traffic to the website. In addition to providing traditional PR support to FreshDirect, Peppercom will tap its PepperDigital practice and business intelligence group to provide an integrated communications effort.
