NEW YORK—Former Worth magazine editor Matt Purdue has joined Peppercom as senior analyst. In the newly created role, Purdue will develop new consulting services to help clients understand and leverage the media and business trends that affect them.
The addition of Purdue reflects Peppercom’s strategy of offering high-end consultative services to clients who want to use communications to grow their businesses, says Gene Colter, the firm’s editorial director. He will also provide editorial and other strategic counsel as a management supervisor in the firm’s New York headquarters.
Before joining Peppercom, Purdue worked as a professional journalist for 20 years, most recently serving as interim editor and executive editor on the re-launch of Worth magazine and its website, Worth.com.
