NEW YORK—Peppercom has appointed Richard Ouyang to the newly-created position of associate director of digital strategy. A digital strategist with nearly 10 years of experience, most recently in Ketchum’s digital division, Ouyang will serve to link digital and social media strategy, design and development into the agency’s fully integrated approach.
He will join a PepperDigital team that includes Sam Ford, director of digital strategy for Peppercom and a former instructor and project manager for Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Additionally, Peppercom recently added Heather Dueitt as a digital senior account executive. Dueitt was most recently at Aspen Marketing Services.
