PG&E Names Pruett to Lead Corporate Relations

Pacific Gas & Electric Company has elected Greg Pruett as senior vice president, corporate relations, for the utility. His responsibilities will continue to include his current role as senior vice president, corporate relations, of the utility's holding company, PG&E Corporation.

SAN FRANCISCO—Pacific Gas & Electric Company has elected Greg Pruett as senior vice president, corporate relations, for the utility. His responsibilities will continue to include his current role as senior vice president, corporate relations, of the utility's holding company, PG&E Corporation, a post he has held since November 2008.

 

In his expanded role, Pruett will also direct all branding and advertising efforts for both the corporation and the utility, as well as lead and oversee all external and internal corporate communications activities for the enterprise.

 

Pruett joined the holding company in March 2007 as vice president, corporate relations. He previously worked as the vice president of communications and marketing for the American Gas Association and has 27 years of experience and expertise in communications and public affairs, including senior leadership positions at Bechtel and PG&E.
