SAN FRANCISCO, August 7—Technology public relations specialist Phase Two Strategies has won three new technology clients, adding more than $1 million in combined annual fees.

In a process that included 12 other agencies, Phase Two was selected by Aspect Communications, a leading provider of business communications solutions that help companies improve customer satisfaction, reduce operating costs, gather market intelligence and increase revenue. Similarly, Phase Two beat out eight contenders for the PlaceWare account. Placeware is a leader in Internet-based business communications, conferencing and collaboration. The final addition to the firm’s client roster is The Mind Electric, a leading provider of software for service-oriented architectures.

The three accounts will be staffed out of Phase Two’s San Francisco office.
