OAKLAND—The Placemaking Group, a Bay Area public relations, marketing and web design company, has launched a new office in Sacramento and named Jan Burch to the role of vice president.
Burch will head up the new office, which offers integrated marketing solutions to clients in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Services will include branding, advertising, web design, public relations, web/internet marketing, direct mail and email marketing campaigns.
Burch has 25 years of marketing and media relations experience and has worked on projects in the Greater Sacramento area including the introduction of U.S. Bank into California and the restoration of the oldest and largest Cathedral west of the Mississippi.
Placemaking Group clients include the American Iron & Steel Institute, McRoskey Mattress Company, Altair Technologies, Shorenstein’s Oakland City Center, Orinda Academy, 1-800-Radiator, FloorTec, the city of Laughlin, NV, and the Micronesian island of Kosrae.
