Pleon Names Two to Lead Amsterdam Office

Pleon has appointed Arthur van Buitenen and Maurits Blok as managing partners at Pleon Amsterdam.

AMSTERDAM—Pleon has appointed Arthur van Buitenen and Maurits Blok as managing partners at Pleon Amsterdam.

 

Van Buitenen heads up the Dutch public affairs team and is the leader of Pleon’s European corporate social responsibility practice. He also consults with clients in the international financial and energy sector. Previously, he was political secretary for former Minister of Economic Affairs, Laurens Jan Brinkhorst.

 

Blok is responsible for Pleon’s Dutch clients in the financial, technology and telecom sector and leads multiple international accounts. Eight years ago Maurits joined Schoep & van der Toorn / Brodeur, one of the founding agencies of the international Pleon network.
