BRUSSELS—Blueprint Partners, the 25-person independent public affairs and strategic communications consultancy launched three years ago by veterans of GPC International, has appointed Debbie Parriss, formerly of Porter Novelli and one of the founding partners of Razor Public Relations, as a new partner and shareholder.

Parriss has worked with the partners over the past 12 months to establish a communications team, which has helped to add over €1 million of income to the agency’s turnover. Blueprint is active in a wide range of sectors, including competition, telecommunications, technology, environment and energy, trade, health and financial services.

According to managing partner Julia Harrison, “Working with clients like Mittal Steel has shown us that they want two things: the ability to deliver results around their business issues and thoughtful integrated advice at the most senior level. Debbie greatly enhances Blueprint’s emphasis on direct senior advice, and as a result we are experiencing record growth.”

Parriss will also help Blueprint strengthen its links with the corporate sector in the U.K.
