RED BANK, NJ—Judith Rogala and Carol Orsborn, co-authors of Trust Inc.: A Practical Guide to the Alignment of Values, Organization Goals & Results, have named Utopia Communications’ president & CEO Ann Higgins as the first North American trainer for Trust Inc.’s Value’s Based Leadership Workshop, which provides an ethical decision making framework for managers. Higgins will focus on delivering the workshop to professional communicators and public relations agencies.

Higgins says she believes that the majority of communications professionals strive to be ethical in their practices. However, fewer than 10 percent of today’s practitioners have had any formal training in the ethical decision making process.

According to Orsborn, “Ann was a logical choice for us to deliver this workshop to the public relations community.  Not only does she have a wonderful reputation among her peers but she is also the founder of an ethically focused public relations agency, Utopia Communications.”
