NEW YORK, June 1—PR21, the two-year old Edelman Public Relations subsidiary, established its first overseas presence last year when Edelman acquired the London office of Rowland Worldwide. Now the firm is entering into a strategic affiliation with Paris based 3d Communication, which will deliver client services to PR21 clients in France.

“PR21’s European vision is to grow by ensuring partnerships that capture clients’ overall brand requirements and provide broad thinking in line with today’s global economy,” says Beverly Kaye, CEO of PR21 Europe. The two firms have already worked together on the GemPlus acquisition of SLP InfoWare and continue to work on another joint project promoting the newly approved Internet suffix dot-coop on behalf of the National Cooperative Business Association.

3d is a technology specialist known for offering an integrated approach including PR, direct marketing, crisis management, and publishing.
