LONDON—The PRCA and corporate consultancy Sermelo have launched a campaign that aims to demonstrate how communications can give MNCs a real competitive advantage in today’s business world.

#PRBizResults will run as a series of video interviews and blog posts from senior executives, providing insight into the ways in which effective communications has helped their organisations achieve business objectives.

The campaign kicks off with interviews with Sermelo founder and senior partner Jonathan Jordan, and Jonathan Dinkeldein, senior manager of EMEA corporate communications at power management company Eaton. Martin Fessey, former VP of international operations at commercial property insurer FM Global, will also feature as part of a regular series of videos and posts.

“We believe PR is one of the most valuable tools available to businesses to help them manage their challenges," said Jordan. "The industry is very good at communicating the benefits of PR internally, but we wanted to find a way to show the impacts it can have throughout an organisation, whether it is in HR, Sales, or supporting executives. PRBizResults will give business leaders a platform where they can tell the stories which demonstrate the real value of PR for companies."

The campaign is also calling for the PR industry to put business leaders forward by emailing [email protected] .

PRCA director general Francis Ingham added that the initiative would help the industry "find out what real business leaders think about communications.”
