Prohibiting the Production and Sale of Dog and Cat Fur

The French and International Association of Animal Protection fight since June 5, 2001 for the protection and the defence of animals.

 The French and International Association of Animal Protection fight since June 5, 2001 for the protection and the defence of animals. Since its origin, the AFIPA is made up of volunteers which dedicate their professional competences, their spare time and their passion to  the defence of animals. Now, AFIPA wishes a modification of the law texts to protect the dogs and the cats the trade of fur.

 

Challenge:

           Having the current legislation modify in order to •           Increasing the number of AFIPA members in order to increase its legitimacy and its credibility towards the general public,

 

Strategy:

           Developing the visibility of the cause toward the general public by operations of sensitizing with the animal cause as regards marketing of the fur,

           Building/reinforcing the image of the AFIPA to make it an actor impossible to circumvent in the fight for animal protection,

           Supporting of the personalities,

           Meetings with politicians,

           Design and realization of a multi-media campaign:

                 ? Spots TV,

                 ? Advertising for general public and specialized press,

           Media relations.

 

Results:

           Many celebrities joined association: Isabelle Adjani, Arielle Dombasle, Tina Arena, Nathalie Baye, Mylène Farmer, Paul Belmondo, Corinne Touzet, Michel Drucker…

           Important visibility in different media,

           Multiplication of adhesions.

 

And over all…
