AUSTIN—Public Strategies, Inc., has added Ellen Davis as managing director in New York, where she will be joined by Elie Jacobs as a director. Also joining PSI as a director is veteran White House reporter Ron Hutcheson, who will work in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
