Qorvis Acquires Advertising Agency

Public affairs and strategic communications firm Qorvis Communications has acquired advertising agency Sparky’s Garage, to enhance its advertising capabilities. Sparky’s is led by creative director Bill Replogle.

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Public affairs and strategic communications firm Qorvis Communications has acquired advertising agency Sparky’s Garage, to enhance its advertising capabilities. Sparky’s is led by creative director Bill Replogle and has worked with clients including Harley-Davidson, ExxonMobil, GlaxoSmithKline, and the American Cancer Society.

Replogle joins Qorvis as managing director.

“Qorvis wants its clients to have access to the most creative professionals and the complete toolbox to achieve their business needs in the constantly changing world of communications,” said managing partner Michael Petruzzello. “Adding complete in-house advertising to our other strategic communications capabilities will enable our clients to work with an award-winning team that has consistently won high praise for its expertise in branding, advertising, and promotions.”

In addition to public relations, public affairs and advertising, Qorvis’ capabilities include polling and market research, web design and Internet communications and media training.
