WASHINGTON, D.C.—Public affairs and strategic communications firm Qorvis Communications has acquired advertising agency Sparky’s Garage, to enhance its advertising capabilities. Sparky’s is led by creative director Bill Replogle and has worked with clients including Harley-Davidson, ExxonMobil, GlaxoSmithKline, and the American Cancer Society.
Replogle joins Qorvis as managing director.
