Qorvis Introduces Online Reputation Analytics Tool

Qorvis Communications has launched SentiMeter, a newly-developed analytic tool that evaluates recent online conversations around a brand or company to score current brand reputation.

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Qorvis Communications has launched SentiMeter, a newly-developed analytic tool that evaluates recent online conversations around a brand or company to score current brand reputation.

 

SentiMeter provides a brand reputation score on a scale of 1 to 10 by classifying online opinions into categories such as positive, neutral or negative. Scores are given in real time and based on the last 90 days of online conversation. SentiMeter’s data covers more than 500,000 brands and provides hard data for organizations seeking to track their online reputations.

 

“Progressive marketers are looking to analyze online brand sentiment to determine new ways to drive their social media strategies and increase brand recall and trust,” says Jason Siegel, Qorvis partner and lead on the Qorvis interactive team. “Qorvis is now able to quantify brand conversations occurring throughout search, mobile, web and social media, to provide a current snapshot that informs marketing and online brand strategy.”

 

The results of the SentiMeter application are designed to provide a platform for strategic discussion on methods to improve a brand’s online reputation.
