NEWARK, DE—International specialty chemical company Innospec has appointed group legal advisor Kate Davison to take on additional management responsibility and oversee investor relations and selected RF|Binder Partners to support the company’s investor and media relations activity in the wake of a corporate rebranding and move from the New York Stock Exchange to NASDAQ.

“It is vital that we increase investor community awareness and understanding of the underlying strategy behind our just-completed corporate rebranding as Innospec,” says Paul Jennings, president and chief executive. “I’m pleased that Kate will have the support of RF|Binder, which worked with us on the investor and media activities surrounding the launch of Innospec and the move to NASDAQ.”

Before joining the company in January 2005, Davison spent more than four years in the corporate finance department of the international law firm Hammonds, including nearly one year with Innospec on secondment.
