Research Expert Jeffries-Fox Joins MS&L Unit

Public relations research veteran Bruce Jeffries-Fox is joining Manning Selvage & Lee’s i to i tracker as head of research in the United States. i to i tracker is a measurement tool that isolates the impact and influence of public relations.

LONDON—Public relations research veteran Bruce Jeffries-Fox is joining Manning Selvage & Lee’s i to i tracker as head of research in the United States. i to i tracker is a measurement tool that isolates the impact and influence of public relations by evaluating campaign performance on the critical success factors for communications.

Jeffries-Fox, formerly public relations research director at AT&T, will work closely with a team of four researchers based in the firm’s London office to manage research for a number of the company’s U.S.-based clients. Jeffries-Fox will also focus on generating awareness of i to I tracker’s capabilities in the U.S. and expanding its client base.

Jeffries-Fox has nearly 25 years of experience in research and communications. Most recently, he served as founder and executive vice president of InsightFarm, a media analysis company. He also served as public relations research director at AT&T for 10 years, aiding the company’s PR teams in developing and evaluating PR programs targeted to a broad range of stakeholder groups.

He is the second well-known researcher in as many months to join forces with a top-tier public relations firm. Last month, University of Maryland public relations professor Jim Grunig—who has pioneered a lot of the academic work on public relations measurement—formed a strategic alliance with Edelman.
