NEW YORK—Revlon has named Benjamin Karsch as its new consumer CMO, following the departure of Julia Goldin to Lego last month.

Karsch joins from Cigna, where he was SVP and CMO for the past six years, helping usher in a more consumer-centric marketing focus at the health insurance company.

"In our extensive search, we wanted someone who could passionately inspire a deeper engagement with our brands, our consumers and the strategy of value creation of our company," said Revlon CEO Lorenzo Delpani in a statement.

In prior roles, Karsch led global marketing at Las Vegas Sands, served Fortune 100 packaged goods clients at McKinsey & Company, and held brand management leadership roles in both the U.S. and overseas markets at Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson.

As a member of Revlon’s global leadership team, Karsch will lead Revlon consumer division’s global brand marketing, product development, consumer engagement and public relations.

His arrival follows the departure of Goldin, who is now EVP and global CMO at the Lego Group.
