Risi Joins Ogilvy's Media Influence Team

Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide has added Jennifer Risi as executive vice president in its 360-Degree media influence practice and director, content creation.

NEW YORK—Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide has added Jennifer Risi as executive vice president in its 360-Degree media influence practice and director, content creation. Based in the agency’s New York headquarters, she will be focused on providing strategic counsel and direction on global media relations, brand innovation and CEO positioning.

Prior to joining Ogilvy PR, Risi served as executive vice president and co-founded the global strategic media practice at Weber Shandwick, where she worked with many of the firm’s top clients including Siemens, MAC AIDS Fund and Fresh Direct. Risi also helped to create Voiceboxx, the firm’s proprietary approach to securing speaking opportunities at global, national, regional and local venues around the world.

 

In her new role, she will be responsible for building on the success of Ogilvy PR’s media relations offering and establishing an enhanced platform that will focus on enabling today’s companies to become tomorrow’s media channels.
