Rolls Royce Names Ricketts to Lead Communications

Rolls-Royce has appointed Karin Ricketts as manager of corporate communications, responsible for communications support of the company's defense business in North America including Rolls-Royce North America Technologies LibertyWorks.

INDIANAPOLIS—Rolls-Royce has appointed Karin Ricketts as manager of corporate communications, responsible for communications support of the company's defense business in North America including Rolls-Royce North America Technologies LibertyWorks. Rolls-Royce businesses and operations in North America generate over $3 billion in sales and the region is home to the global headquarters for several Rolls-Royce businesses including energy, corporate and regional aircraft, helicopter engines and defense North America.

 

Ricketts, who is based at the Rolls-Royce facility in Indianapolis, Indiana, joins the company with 12 years of media and communications experience with leading Fortune 500 companies. In her new role, she will be responsible principally for media relations and communications strategy for the Indianapolis-based businesses.

 

Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, Ricketts worked at Eli Lilly & Company in Indianapolis in roles including corporate communications manager, internal communications consultant and e-communications manager.
