MOSCOW—Grayling has been reappointed by Russia’s TVEL Corporation to provide public relations services in four countries of Central Europe: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. The decision extends for a further 12 months the relationship between Grayling’s CEE operations, formerly known as Mmd, and Russia’s state-owned nuclear fuel manufacturer and supplier.

Grayling will continue to assist TVEL in enhancing its position and profile in the four markets, mainly focusing on media relations and public affairs, while providing also activities in the field of corporate social responsibility. The campaign will be headed up by Chris Dobson, group managing director, Grayling Central and Eastern Europe and Peter Fecko, Grayling’s international account lead for the relationship.

According to Ivan Dybov, TVEL Fuel Company executive director for communications and public affairs: “Providing objective information about TVEL operation and relationship development with media in our partner countries is very important. We are open and ready for cooperation. Already this year together with Grayling we have been planning to outreach to media and other stakeholders in a more focused fashion”.
