The deadline for the North American SABRE Awards competition (January 24) is just two weeks away, while those looking to enter the EMEA competition have three weeks to get their entries together (January 31). The Holmes Group is anticipating record volume in both competitions.
In North America, many firms submitted theirbest work in time for our early deadline in December, but if you’re still working on your submissions, we wanted to make sure you aron track to hit our late deadline on January 24.
We’re confident that this year’s competition will be our best yet: we’ve already seen an exceptionally strong field of entries, in social and digital media categories but also in more traditional corporate image, CSR and issues management campaigns; we have a spectacular array of judges all anxious to see your firm’s best work, with representatives from companies such as Ford, GM, Johnson & Johnson, McDonald’s and PepsiCo joining agency leaders from across the country; and we are looking forward to another great event at Cipriani in May.
In Europe, we want to thank all of you who beat the bad weather and got award entries to us for our early deadline in December. We received a record number of entries, and we want to remind everyone that the second SABRE Awards deadline falls on January 31, which means that there’s still plenty of time to get your best work to us for consideration.
Once again, we have a phenomenal line-up of judges, including representatives of HP, Microsoft, Philips, Renault Nissaon, Sony, Toyota, and Manchester United FC, as well as leaders of leading global and local PR consultancies. And we are confident that the 2011 SABRE dinner in Prague will be the best yet.
