STOCKHOLM—Sage Holdings, which earlier this year acquired U.S. proxy solicitation firm D.F. King and London-based financial communications specialist M: Communications, has added Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, one of the Nordic region's leading corporate communications consultancies, to its portfolio of financial communications and stakeholder management companies.
Founded in 1995, Hallvarsson & Halvarsson is one of the largest public relations firms in the Nordic region, with 100 employees, and a leader in the financial communications and mergers and acquisitions business. It had expertise in areas such as financial communication, media, crisis management, investor relations, web consultancy, CSR and public affairs.
