BOSTON—Schneider Associates has expanded its relationship with client Baskin-Robbins, adding regional account work to its existing national assignment. Schneider has worked with the national brand team since 2004, and now manages all regional public relations activities in markets including New York, New England, Chicago, California, Texas, and the Southeast.

To manage the business nationwide, Schneider has created an independent network of small agencies and independent consultants to service individual markets and support field marketing managers.

The Baskin-Robbins regional program includes community education outreach programs, and Schneider will help franchisees partner with local schools and non-profit organizations. The firm will also be supporting more than 250 store transformations across the nation for franchisees who signed up early to have their store remodeled according to a new store design and concept.

“Baskin-Robbins has a strong presence in many regional markets and our local public relations efforts will benefit greatly from our enhanced partnership with Schneider Associates and their affiliates across the country,” says Bobby Williams, director of field marketing for the company.  “The network Schneider Associates has assembled will help us continue to grow.”
