ST. LOUIS—Fleishman-Hillard International Communications has appointed Nancy Seliger to the newly created position of executive vice president and senior partner, global client relations. Seliger will work closely with the firm’s global leadership team and its client relationship managers to help ensure that Fleishman-Hillard clients benefit from the firm’s best counsel and from its full range of services.  She will report to Jack Modzelewski, president, client relations, who established the company’s CRM program in 2004.

Seliger joined Fleishman-Hillard in 1982 in St. Louis, and transferred to her hometown of New York in 1985. She took on the leadership of Fleishman-Hillard’s New York marketing team in 1988, and became deputy general manager of the New York office in 2000. She was named general manager in 2003 and president of the agency’s Eastern region in 2006.

Seliger will continue in her current role as she transitions into her new position. The agency expects to announce her successor after undertaking a thorough internal and external search.
