Jury members include: Kathy Bloomgarden, CEO of Ruder Finn. With more than 25 years of experience she has worked with clients such as Novartis, BP, HP, Pfizer, Microsoft, McKinsey, and Sun Microsystems, with a focus on leadership and CEO positioning; global corporate positioning and brand strategy; change management; and values and corporate governance. She is the author of Trust: The Secret Weapon of Effective Business Leaders. Pat Ford, president and chief executive of Burson-Marsteller’s US operations. A corporate reputation and issues management specialist with more than 30 years of communications experience, his clients have included Accenture, Bank of America-Merrill Lynch, Nestle Waters and Shell Oil Company. He joined Burson-Marsteller in 1989, having previously served as vice president for public affairs at the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research in Washington, DC and as a public affairs specialist at Wagner & Baroody. John Hollywood is US strategy officer at Cohn & Wolfe, where he has also served as US consumer practice leader. He joined Cohn & Wolfe from Porter Novelli where he was senior vice president in the consumer marketing practice and served as chief liaison for the Wal-Mart business. He has led work for clients including Reckitt-Benckiser, Timberland, Mercedes-Benz and Procter & Gamble. He began his PR career traveling across country with The Rolling Stones. Nick Ragone is director of the 120-person Washington, DC, office of Ketchum and previously served as associate director in New York and head of the corporate, issues and crisis, and media relations teams there. Ragone is also a political historian, appearing as a regular guest on Fox News, CNN and MSNBC. He has authored four books on government and U.S. presidential history, most recently Presidential Leadership: 15 Decisions that Changed the Nation. Jim Tsokanos is MSLGroup president for the Americas and a member of the agency’s global leadership team. He has led some of the firm’s largest clients, including Procter & Gamble, Eli Lilly & Company, Underwriters Laboratories and Heineken USA, and earlier served as managing director of MSL New York and MSL Atlanta. He began his career at Cohn & Wolfe.
