Sloane Adds Two New VPs

Sloane & Company has hired two new vice presidents: Emily Porro and Jessica Lipman. Both will play a leadership role with several of Sloane’s financial services clients.

NEW YORK—Sloane & Company has hired two new vice presidents: Emily Porro and Jessica Lipman. Both will play a leadership role with several of Sloane’s financial services clients.

Lipman previously served as vice president at Ben-Abraham Associates, a financial public relations firm where her clients included Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management, Smith Barney’s consulting group and Bessemer Trust. Earlier, she was a reporter and producer for Bloomberg Television in New York and a financial producer at CNN in New York and AP-TV in London

Porro joins the agency from Mansfield Communications where she was head of the Toronto-based company’s New York office. Prior to Mansfield, she managed the media relations department at The Bond Market Association, a trade association representing the global fixed income markets. She also  worked at public relations firms Gavin Anderson & Company, Morgen-Walke Associates, and Ketchum Public Relations.
