GLENDALE, CA—Sona Iliffe-Moon, who spent that past eight years in media relations and marketing communications roles at Toyota, is joining Nestlé USA as PR brand affairs manager for the beverage division, overseeing public relations for Nescafé, Coffee-Mate, Nesquick and other brands.
Highlights of Iliffe-Moon’s tenure at Toyota ranged from the towing of the space shuttle Endeavor across Los Angeles by an unmodified Tundra pick-up to the nationwide media launch of the 2012 Camry to the company’s 2014 Super Bowl advertising strategy. She served most recently as brand and marketing communications PR manager.
Prior to joining Toyota in 2006, Iliffe-Moon worked at Hill & Knowlton and Weber Shandwick and was a foreign affairs officer with the US State Department.
