NEW YORK and CHICAGO—Corporate communications veteran Stan Steinreich, most recently vice president of corporate relations for Armstrong World Industries, has joined GCI Group as senior vice president and director of the firm’s New York corporate practice. Steinreich brings more than 20 years of corporate communications and agency experience.
At the same time, the firm’s Chicago office, GCI Dragonette, has hired marketing veteran Lee Bush as leader of its shelter practice and its Chicago branding practice. Bush was most recently executive vice president at KemperLesnik Communications, and previously was senior vice president at Ogilvy PR Chicago, where she headed the strategic marketing practice.
Steinreich, meanwhile, was chief communications office at Armstrong, where he was responsible for managing strategic communications for the company as well as employee communications, investor relations, government affairs and charitable giving. He has also held senior positions at Fleishman-Hillard, Burson-Marsteller and Edelman Public Relations.
