[email protected] has named Sharon Hegarty and Kim Skeltis as managing directors and co-leaders of the firm’s Detroit office as managing directors.

TROY, [email protected] has named Sharon Hegarty and Kim Skeltis as managing directors and co-leaders of the firm’s Detroit office as managing directors. Hegarty and Skeltis, both senior vice presidents, will oversee Detroit’s team of 20-plus employees and roster of clients, as well as providing a Detroit link to parent company Fleishman-Hillard’s national and international network.

Since joining [email protected] in 2004, Hegarty has led the Chrysler Group account and provided strategic counsel for Altarum Institute, a non-profit health care research institute. Before joining [email protected], Hegarty worked at Manning Selvage & Lee in Detroit where she led the General Motors account and at Edelman Public Relations in Chicago where she led programs for several healthcare clients.

Skeltis joined [email protected] in 2003 and has drawn on her automotive experience to work on accounts including Mitsubishi Motors North America, Sonic Automotive and start-up companies Feel Good Cars and Vehicle Production Group. Prior to joining [email protected], Skeltis worked on technology accounts at Weber Shandwick in Detroit.
