EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ—MWW Group has added Strike Ten Entertainment to its client roster. Strike Ten, part of the Bowling Proprietors’ Association of America, serves as the marketing arm of the bowling industry.

“With more than 66 million Americans taking to the lanes annually, there has been a resurgence of consumer interest in bowling,” says Jim Sturm, Chairman of Strike Ten Entertainment. “Public relations will play a key role as we look to continue to elevate the image of this great sport. We selected MWW Group as our partner because of the firm’s creativity, strategic thinking, sports marketing experience and passion for bowling.”

MWW Group will lead an integrated public relations and grassroots marketing campaign that will elevate the image of bowling and boost public interest in the sport. During the spring and summer of 2007, the firm led a campaign to generate awareness for the induction of former major league baseball pitcher Tom Candiotti into the Bowling Hall of Fame.
