LONDON—SurveyMonkey has hired Bite as its first UK communications agency, as the survey platform steps up global expansion plans.
The move comes after Bite helped launch SurveyMonkey’s Audience product in the UK last autumn.
The firm is now charged with building awareness of SurveyMonkey’s suite of solutions for UK businesses and public sector organisations, including its Salesforce integration app.
"Everyone from students to governments, and from Fortune 500 to family firms, knows, uses and loves SurveyMonkey’s online platform," said Bite deputy MD Rachel Gilley. "In the past few years it’s built the largest respondent panel in the US, charted new territory in online political polling, and democratised access to rapid, affordable data for businesses of all sizes around the world."
SurveyMonkey’s London office is the Silicon Valley-based company’s largest single-market investment in Europe to date, but the firm has been serving the UK for the past 15 years and currently has more than 1.5m active users in the country.

Founded in 1999, SurveyMonkey now has more than 450 employees across the US and Europe.
