SAN FRANCISCO—High-tech PR firm Text 100 International has been appointed by ARM Holdings as its agency of record in the U.S., France, Germany and the U.K., with a focus on boosting the semiconductor intellectual property provider’s profile among corporate and business-to-business audiences. ARM will be one of Text 100’s top five revenue generating accounts globally.
Text 100 will focus its effort in two areas: first, on building ARM’s reputation among senior decision makers and C-suite executives in support of the company’s sales efforts in existing and future market sectors; and second, on increasing the productivity and effectiveness of its global PR activity through the implementation of Text 100’s global account management process.
The account will be led by Andy West, managing director of Text 100 EMEA supported by account teams in San Francisco, London, Paris, and Munich.
“We have been very successful in building a strong reputation among the engineering community, said Mike Inglis, EVP Marketing at ARM. “We now need to move our brand up the corporate ladder to influence a broader range of potential customers. We undertook a review of our existing agency relationships to see what we could achieve in this regard and Text 100 impressed us with its global expertise and pragmatic approach.”
