SAN MATEO—A&R Partners, one of the largest independent public relations firms in Silicon Valley, has added three new companies to its growing client roster. Extreme Networks, Coherent and STSN, have hired A&R to help drive their respective business goals and create buyer interest in their newest products and services.
Extreme Networks, which markets network switching solutions in more than 50 countries, engaged A&R for the agency’s in-depth knowledge of the data networking industry, its strong ability to communicate the value of data networking in business terms, and its proven track record for generating coverage within both trade industry and business publications.
Coherent sought an agency that could work with its investor relations team to generate high-level business coverage of Coherent. “A&R Partners has a reputation for communicating complex topics to the business media in a simple, yet compelling manner,” said Peter Schuman, director of investor relations at Coherent.
STSN, a provider of wired and wireless high-speed Internet access and other IT services to the hotel and hospitality market, awarded its business to A&R because of the agency’s demonstrated understanding of the networking and service provider markets and its proven track record of maximizing coverage and building credibility for startups.
