Tonic Life Opens Two Offices in U.S.

British lifestyle and life science PR consultancy Tonic Life Communications, has opened two offices in the U.S. as part of the group’s international expansion strategy. Tonic will now have wholly-owned offices in Dallas and New York City.

LONDON—British lifestyle and life science PR consultancy Tonic Life Communications, has opened two offices in the U.S. as part of the group’s international expansion strategy. Tonic will now have wholly-owned offices in Dallas and New York City, with Dallas serving as a center of excellence for corporate, internal and consumer communications, and New York focused on the pharmaceutical sector.

The agency has appointed Jennifer Ryan as president of Tonic Dallas and a member of the firm’s North American steering committee. She joins from the Dallas office of Fleishman-Hillard  where she was a partner and senior vice president, and prior to that worked with the founders of Tonic while at F-H in London. She has counseled companies including GlaxoSmithKline, Shell Oil Company, Cadbury Schweppes, Ernst & Young, Sabre Holdings, Wal-Mart, AT&T and UPS.

The agency’s New York office is currently being overseen by Elizabeth Park, who has relocated from London, and will work closely with Ryan on client service and business development. Prior to Tonic, Park worked for Manning Selvage & Lee in London.
