Toshiba Turns to Jeffrey for Latin American PR

Toshiba Americas Business Solutions (TABS) has selected The Jeffrey Group to provide public relations support in Latin America. The firm will work with the pan-regional media as well as managing a locally based effort in Mexico.

MIAMI—Toshiba Americas Business Solutions (TABS) has selected The Jeffrey Group to provide public relations support in Latin America. The firm will work with the pan-regional media as well as managing a locally based effort in Mexico. 

TABS manages product planning, marketing, sales, service support and distribution of Toshiba multifunction copiers, facsimiles, printers, and toner products.

The company selected The Jeffrey Group because of the agency’s strong reputation in launching and supporting international brands in Latin America, according to Michael Mathé, vice president of international sales for TABS. “We believe the regional PR program will be a very effective way to communicate Toshiba’s reputation for technological innovation and quality to support our sales efforts in the region,” Mathé said.
