CHICAGO—Financial and information services company TransUnion has selected GolinHarris as its global public relations agency of record. The agency will work on corporate communications, media relations, corporate social responsibility and issues management. The scope of the assignment includes work in North America and strategic international markets where TransUnion operates.

“As TransUnion continues to grow in multiple vertical markets domestically and expands into new international markets, having the support of an experienced firm will be essential,” says Colleen Tunney, vice president of corporate affairs and communications for TransUnion. “We feel GolinHarris possesses the right blend of financial services and business-to-business experience as well as issues management expertise to strengthen TransUnion’s relationships with stakeholders on a worldwide basis.”

The global engagement will be led out of Chicago by Trent Frager, vice president in the firm’s corporate communications practice.
