ATLANTA—Trevelino Communications Group announced today the launch of its new public relations measurement system, AMPS (Analysts | Media | Presence | Service). The system measures performance in terms of analyst relations, media relations and executive presence as well as the service provided by the firm, looking at the team’s responsiveness, timeliness and ability to meet pre-determined deliverables.
Clients will receive an AMPS target goal at the start of a program that the agency strives to achieve or exceed. The target is based on three factors: the degree of difficulty assigned to individual results, characterization of the brand as either established or emerging, and the monthly fee budget.
“We developed the AMPS program as part of our overall approach to the client relationship, which begins with our AMPS Methodology and is managed by our AMPS Dashboard. It was a natural extension to develop the AMPS Measurement Program,” says Dean Trevelino, principal.
The AMPS Measurement Program, which is designed to be reviewed quarterly with clients, measures everything from briefings to mentions to articles as well as local and national broadcast appearances and panel and keynote speaking opportunities.
