HIGH POINT, NC—Trone Public Relations has been selected by found new clients, including two—Novartis Animal Health and Healthtex children’s apparel—that will be shared with its sister advertising agency, Trone.

For both Novartis and Healthtex, the firm will handle national consumer campaigns scheduled to launch in 2005. For Healthtex, acquired earlier this year by New York-based Lollytogs, Trone will handle PR for the French Toast brand. Novartis selected Trone after a competitive review including four firms. Trone will handle PR for its Sentinel and Interceptor brands.

“Trone presented us with a fully integrated campaign that clearly showed us that it understands the animal health category and how consumers with pets can be reached,” says Darrell Klug, director of marketing for Novartis Animal Health’s parasiticide group. “It unique, compelling ideas simply blew the competition away.”

Two additional clients—CNL and Triad International Maintenance Company—have selected the firm for internal and external communications. CNL is one of the nation’s largest real estate investment and financial services companies. TIMCO is an aircraft maintenance company.
