Two LA Firms Merge To Create Pivotal Public Relations

Public relations and marketing firms RFPR and Live Loyal PR have joined forces to create Pivotal Public Relations.

LOS ANGELES—Public relations and marketing firms RFPR and Live Loyal PR have joined forces to create Pivotal Public Relations.

The new entity will be overseen by current RFPR president RJ Rousso and the current Live Loyal PR CEO, Jennifer Betts. Rousso will be co-president and chief operating officer, and will be responsible for oversight of the company. Betts will be president and chief creative officer and will focus on the entertainment and pop culture marketing portion of the business.

RFPR’s current vice president of publicity, Carl Larsen, will become vice president of the new entity and will oversee the creative strategy and media relations development for Pivotal’s combined team.

Since its inception in 2002, RFPR has worked with luxury and lifestyle public relations clients in the consumer products, fashion, design, beauty, food & beverage, and entertainment industries, such as Levi Strauss & Co., Mercedes-Benz USA, House of An restaurant group, Outfest film festival, Cisco Brothers, and various authors.

LLPR has relationships with Hollywood talent, fashion icons, lifestyle tastemakers, and charitable foundations and worked on campaigns and events for GQ, Sundance’s Talent Resources “TR Suites,” Haute Betts Jewels, Joico International, Voli Lite Vodkas, THE Hospitality Suite, and Muse Lifestyle Group.
