DENVER—Linhart McClain Finlon Public Relations has been selected by the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Association for a communications research and strategic planning assignment, following an extensive competitive selection process. USSA is the national governing body for Olympic skiing and snowboarding and is the parent organization of the U.S. Ski Team and U.S. Snowboarding.

LMF will assist USSA with a strategic review of its communications plans and processes, to help build a stronger, more aligned competitive skiing and snowboarding community in the U.S., to help make the U.S. team more competitive, and to ensure USSA maintains an effective dialogue with all of its stakeholders, from athletes to parents to sponsors.

“Linhart McClain Finlon’s research background and communications planning expertise was what we were looking for to help our organization improve communications effectiveness and build stronger relationships with our constituents,” says Tom Kelly, USSA marketing communications vice president.
