SHANGHAI--Unilever China has moved PR duties for two brands to GolinHarris following a competitive review.
The Interpublic Group agency will continue working with Dove Hair, and has also been handed strategic oversight of Clear and Lux’s hair care products.
GolinHarris will continue to provide strategic planning and execution for Dove Hair Care on a retainer basis, after conducting the 2012 Dove Masterbrand campaign to position the brand among its target audience in China.
“GolinHarris played an integral role in the success of our 2012 Dove Masterbrand campaign, which attracted 15 million participants nationwide," said Maxwell Xu, brand building director hair care, Unilever China. "Based on their quality of service and true insight of our brand, we’ve decided to continue our partnership, while expanding their strategic scope to our Clear and Lux brands."
The firm has already provided overall strategic planning for the integrated communications effort of Shanghai Sonic, an upcoming Shanghai music festival that is sponsored by Clear.
