Vantage Real Estate Selects GCI

Vantage Real Estate Development, a subsidiary of Vantage Holdings, has appointed global public relations network GCI Group to handle its communications for Serrenia, its Egyptian waterside luxury property development launched last year.

LONDON—Vantage Real Estate Development, a subsidiary of  Vantage Holdings, has appointed global public relations network GCI Group to handle its communications for Serrenia, its Egyptian waterside luxury property development launched last year. GCI will provide support for Serrenia across Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East on a wide range of activities including advising on digital strategy, sponsorship and event opportunities, consumer and trade PR, corporate reputation management and partnerships.

According Fahed Ghanim, general manager sales and marketing MENA at Vantage Holdings: “The pitch team at GCI really impressed us, not only with their joined-up network and global capabilities but their detailed, strategic response to our brief and well-thought out proposals.”

The account teams will be based in London (handling USA and Europe) and Dubai (handling Middle East and APAC), headed up by Brooke Clarke, managing director of GCI London, and Greg Wixted, regional director of GCI’s Middle Eastern network, respectively.
