Vistance Establishes Relationship with Latin America Specilist

Tim Scerba, who specializes in counseling companies on their national and transborder strategic communications initiatives in the Americas, has become “of counsel” to New York-based Vistance Group.

NEW YORK, May 20—Tim Scerba, a communications industry veteran headquartered in Miami, has become “of counsel” to New York-based Vistance Group. Scerba, who specializes in counseling companies on their national and transborder strategic communications initiatives in the Americas, will advise Vistance clients as well as provide guidance to the firm as it continues to develop its client base and service offerings, particularly in the important Southeastern United States and Latin American markets. 
 
Says Scerba, “Vistance Group and I share a philosophy and commitment to providing clients with value-based communications counsel that truly meets their individual needs and that make a direct and tangible positive impact on corporate well-being and success. By creating this new relationship, we’ll be able to offer clients an even greater range of strategic communications services as well as an expanded geographic reach.”   
 
Scerba, who will continue in his role as president of Scerba & Associates, Inc., a Miami-based consultancy specializing in strategic counsel on business expansion, corporate positioning, public relations and marketing. Prior to launching his firm, he was publisher of Latin Trade Magazine, and executive vice president and deputy director of Hill & Knowlton’s Mexico City office.
