LONDON—W, which has expanded from its UK hub with new offices in Singapore and Amsterdam, has acquired House PR, best known for its work with clients in the entertainment and hospitality sectors.

House, which will keep its name and continue to trade as a standalone business within the W group, will provide additional capacity and increased ability to manage conflict.

Ginny Paton will continue to lead the House PR business as managing director, with Charlotte Brooks as board director. W founder and CEO Warren Johnson (pictured) will join the board as chairman.

According to Paton, "We'd reached a natural point to take stock and assess how to take House to the next level. It made total sense to partner with a bigger agency that will allow us to take a step up in scale."

House recently launched  Beano.com, a digital children's network aimed at 6-12 year olds, and also worked with clients including Freesat and Empire Cinemas, William Grant & Sons brands Disaronno and Sailor Jerry, and lifestyle brands OpenTable and Dirty Martini.
