STAMFORD, March 25—Waggener Edstrom, which opened its first east coast office earlier this year, has been named agency of record by OutlookSoft, a Stamford-based provider of breakthrough planning and performance management solutions.
 
LeeAnne French, senior vice president in Waggener Edstrom’s New York metro office will lead the account.
