SEATTLE—Waggener Edstrom Worldwide is introducing WExView, its proprietary global account management system, an online application that continually measures and improves the effectiveness of communications campaigns for today’s innovative companies.

WExView, which has been beta-tested by several of the firm’s largest clients, is designed to provide a complete view of worldwide communications account activities and measurement of campaign results, powered by instantaneous access to information such as story development status and audience perceptions. It enables communications professionals to devise communications strategies and coordinate actions for greater global collaboration and improved efficiency.

“Today, clients demand maximum return on investment, and WExView offers continuous feedback that enables account staff, clients and partners to learn from ongoing communications efforts and accordingly shape future campaign strategies for greater effectiveness,” says Annette Nemetz, senior vice president for professional services at the firm. “WExView allows us to jointly re-prioritize our actions with clients based on real-time access to critical communications account information, news coverage results and media tone.”

The WExView global account management system includes a measurement module designed to help WE clients evaluate media coverage to continually improve their business image and brand awareness; a complete view of event and press conference planning and other communications activities around the world; an archive of proactive story development and media pitches; a short-term repository of communications material that simplifies collaboration and document version control; and a module that manages executive speaking opportunities, key dates for speeches and public appearances.
