SEATTLE — Waggener Edstrom Communications has named Tiffany Cook as lead consumer strategist for North America, leading the company’s overall consumer efforts and overseeing the consolidation of the agency’s accounts across retail, consumer technology, automotive and spirits.

Waggener Edstrom services consumer accounts including brands such as Volvo, Microsoft, Lithium, Skype, and Woodford Reserve across the New York, Seattle, San Francisco and Portland regional offices.

Under Cook’s leadership, the agency’s consumer work has doubled in size. In addition, the agency has expanded its consumer capabilities across the board, hiring specialists such as Matt Harris, head of branded partnerships, and Maile Lyons, head of broadcast services. Harris and Lyons have previous experience working with brands such as Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Las Vegas, 3M, and Dr. Pepper as well as Showtime, Bravo Media and NBC Universal, respectively.

Cook has been with Waggener Edstrom for more than 15 years with experience working with consumer technology and retail brands including Victoria’s Secret, The Limited, Bath and Body Works, Microsoft, Skype and more. As Consumer Sector Lead, Cook reports to co-founder Pam Edstrom.
