NEW YORK—Wall Street West named Peppercom as it public relations agency of record to help raise awareness of its goal of bolstering New York City’s financial system by providing an ideal location for back office and data redundancy in northeastern Pennsylvania, as well as promoting education and workforce development in the region.

Wall Street West is a partnership of more than two dozen local, regional and statewide economic development agencies, technology investment groups, workforce development organizations, educational and research institutions and experts from the private sector.

“Northeastern Pennsylvania boasts an educated, efficient workforce with lower operating costs than major cities,” said Catherine Bolton, project director of Wall Street West. “We chose Peppercom to help communicate the region’s significant business and quality-of-life advantages based on its creative ideas, experience in positioning work and successful track record in working with technology and business entities.”
